Satisfaction Limousine Service, Inc. is fully licensed and insured. Each vehicle is inspected for safety and approved by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) as well as the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT). We carry the highest possible safety rating available. All of our luxurious vehicles are housed and maintained in our 35,000 sq. ft. showroom.
Customers are welcome to browse freely through our showroom. Insurance certificates and safety records are proudly displayed for all to review.

Our customers are our most prized asset. Without you, we’re just an empty showroom. With that in mind, we are not only licensed and insured but take special precaution when providing services to our youngest customers: your children! We handle transportation for many proms and other school functions. We have an excellent rapport with both the parents and the kids we serve. We do this by stringently enforcing our
NO drinking
NO drugs
NO smoking
policy for the underage crowd.
Parents often express their gratitude to us on our strict policy of no drinking, drugs, or smoking while the preteens and teenagers are under our supervision. The parents are reassured and this is one of the ways we have established our reputation of being trustworthy and sincere. Being parents ourselves, we know trusting someone else with your children is a big deal so we do everything we can to make sure the kids have a fun, safe celebration.
If contraband is found onboard parents are always contacted first. We will discontinue service at our discretion once the children are safely at the school if this policy is violated. We are firm on our policy but no parent has ever balked at our stance but only thanked us for ensuring their children are safe.

Our SUVs and limousines (the luxury coaches are an exception) have seat belts and anchor systems for car seats, although using car seats for passengers under 8 years old is not required by law in a limousine, parents are welcome to bring them as an added safety precaution. We will correctly install it for you in our vehicle on the day of service.
