Satisfaction Limousine Service, Inc. is fully licensed and insured. Each vehicle is inspected and approved by MDOT. In addition, all of the vehicles are inspected for safety and approved by The Michigan Department of Transportation. All of our luxurious vehicles are housed and maintained in our 30,000 sq. ft. showroom. Customers are welcome to browse freely through our showroom. Insurance certificates and safety records are proudly displayed for all to review. Also, our fleet is updated at least every two years.
Training of Chauffeurs And Office Staff Before a chauffeur is hired by our company, the following procedures are followed:
Completion of an application put together by The Michigan Department of Transportation and by our company.
Proof of appropriate credentials, including chauffeurs license, CDL with "BP" endorsement (when required), and a 5 year copy of their MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
Check of criminal record, drug, and alcohol testing.
Personal interview followed by a tour of the facilities.
Viewing of Executive Professional Chauffeuring tapes, reading of the manuals that accompany the tapes, and reading our operations and procedures booklet.
On the job training by management with completion of driving evaluation form done at the end of training.
Trainee is then required to accompany and observe an experienced chauffeur during the duration of a run on several occasions.
Finally, the trainee is allowed to operate on his/her own but is still under close supervision of mentor chauffeurs.
Chauffeur training is a continuous process. Throughout the year, the tapes and manuals are reviewed, driving skills and records are evaluated, and random drug and alcohol tests are conducted.
Our staff is required to:
Be courteous and polite at all times to everyone.
Be knowledgeable in regards to vehicles and operations.
Know the area as well as popular destinations.
Be able to recommend activities to undecided clients.
In addition, we support and attend industry conventions each and every year in order to educate ourselves and continue to provide our staff with the latest information on activities that are available throughout the tri-county area. Finally, we 'spot check' our staffs to ensure they are providing appropriate information to clients that are inquiring about our service. After all, they are the reason we are still in business.
Safety
Our customers are our most prized possession. Each and every customer is treated with the respect and dignity we all demand and deserve. On the one hand, all customers are treated equal by obtaining the very best in vehicle luxury as well as professional service. But, on the other hand, each and every customer is unique and may have different requests and or needs, which are at all times met. We also have excellent rapport with parents when their children reserve and use our service. We have documentation on parents expressing their gratitude on our firm policy of no drinking, drugs, or smoking while the teenagers are under our supervision. When the parents are content and the kids have a good time, our company establishes a reputation of being trustworthy and sincere. Sure we have lost a few runs because of our strict policy, but in the long run it has been worth it.
